The Hunt,
Not The Spreadsheet.
Most gym apps are spreadsheets, and everybody hates a spreadsheet. WolfSet is one number and one tap while you are under a bar — it does the plan math on its own time, not yours.

Start It From The Watch
You do not need your phone to start. Raise your wrist, start there, and the phone catches up on its own.
Working through sets on the wrist is the easy part. The rest screen is the one that earns the watch: heart rate on the same face as the clock, so you go when you are actually ready instead of when a timer says so.
- Start from either one
- Heart rate says when
- One engine, both screens
01 • Start Workout
02 • Log Reps
03 • Rest • Live BPM
04 • Log Feel
05 • Session Summary
Nothing Between You And The Bar
One tap to start. The day comes up on its own. Log each set with a tap, hit finish. The screen only ever shows the thing in front of you — no warmup rows to scroll past, no history table, no everything-at-once.
- 01One tap per set
The set logger is a single number. Nothing to find, nothing to read, nothing to scroll — you are looking at the only thing that matters while you are still breathing hard.
- 02The math is not your job
Progression runs off the rule you set once. Next session’s weight and reps are already decided when you walk in.
- 03Skip the phone entirely
Start on the watch, finish on the watch. The phone never has to leave your bag.
- 04Two seconds, not a survey
By Feel is one poke on a square. No ratings for pump, soreness and joint pain — and skip it and nothing moves.
Open the Home Hub and the next workout is already there. Or freestyle and log what you feel like.
The weight fills the screen. Tap the number to drop a rep, hit Log Reps, and put the phone down.
The timer starts itself. Heart rate reads on the watch so you know when the next set is honest.

Rest With Your Heart Rate In View
The clock runs on near-black on both screens. Heart rate steps green to yellow to red, so the decision to start the next set is not a guess, and Continue stays grey until you are recovered.
Heart rate needs the Pixel Watch. Without one you still get the timer, just not the zones.

The ring is full and Continue stays grey. Breathe.

Still grey. The clock keeps draining while you settle.

Heart rate reads green and Continue turns red. Go.
Three Ways To Progress
Pick the rule when you build the plan. Override it on any single lift — progression is a per-exercise setting with a plan default, not one global switch.
Hit all of your reps and the next set will add 5lbs. Miss twice, and we’ll drop 10%
Climb from 8 to 12 reps at the same weight, then add 5lbs and start over at 8
Decide after each set. We’ll make suggestions but the choice is up to you
Write The Rule In A Sentence
The override reads back as plain English while you set it — how many clean sets before the load goes up, how much it goes up by, how many misses before a deload, and whether the deload cuts weight or reps.
Your plan sets a default, and you can override it on any single exercise. One stubborn lift never forces you to rebuild the plan, and there is no algorithm to take on faith — the rule is the one you wrote.
One Poke. Two Axes. Next Week’s Numbers.
After your last set, WolfSet puts up a square: how much you had left, and how the reps looked. Poke it once and next session is set.
Autoregulation without the survey. No ratings for pump, soreness and joint pain, no wellness score, no streak. One tap, and the numbers are ready before you rack the bar — skip it and nothing moves.
One poke on the square. That is the whole input.
WolfSet works out next session's weight and reps and shows you the answer before you leave the screen.
Every change is a suggestion you can decline. Skip the square and nothing moves.
Plan It Once, Then Forget It
Pick your lifts from the catalog, set sets, reps, rest and a starting weight, and name the block. WolfSet lays out a suggested week, keeps track of where you are in it, and carries your numbers forward session to session.
Progression, rest and pacing are per-exercise, so one stubborn lift never forces you to rebuild the whole plan.
